We recommended you to make measurements using the size chart before placing an order. If you wish to exchange for a different size, please send it back within 30 days of receipt.
We cannot accept items that have been worn or washed. Items must be in the same NEW condition as received. For USA order, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back. You send it back to us, we send you the different exchanged product. For international orders, the customer must cover shipping costs both ways.

In the rare event that an order slips quality control and your item had a defect, we will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund for the following reasons:
- You received an incorrect item
- Your product was damaged
- Your order has a printing mistake
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and if necessary, just snap a picture of the situation. Use the same email from purchase with your full name and order number.
You may return most items within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund/credit amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Item must be unwashed in the same new condition as received
- Item does contain odor such as smoke, chemicals, your sweat, etc.
- Item does not have pet hair from cats, dogs, penguins, yourself, etc.
- Merchandise products in original condition of original packaging with no missing parts
Shipping back the item is the responsibility of the buyer. Any returned items are subjected to a $6 restocking fee. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.
